GTM Engineers first. Then we built the software.
Canopy is the AI agent platform for revenue teams, from GTM Engineers who spent years building revenue systems inside client CRMs. Co-founder John Miraglia leads product and the platform, and co-founder Jon Farrar leads lifecycle and go-to-market. Canopy has teams in North America and EMEA and is onboarding launch partners now.
Revenue is an architecture problem.
RevOps barely moved in a decade while AI rewrote what is possible inside a CRM. Most teams still run on audits, dashboards and ticket queues that describe last quarter.
We believe predictable growth comes from the system, not from headcount. Agents should do the research, writing and follow-through. People should make the decisions and own the relationships.
- Results are the product. Every workspace is tied to a KPI, baselined and traceable in your CRM.
- Software needs owners. Tools fail when nobody owns adoption, so ours come with GTM Engineers.
- Systems should improve themselves. A sequence written once starts decaying the day it ships. Ours rewrite themselves from your KPIs.
- People stay in charge. Agents earn automatic sending workspace by workspace, on the record.
From systems to a platform.
GTM Engineers

The same engine
AI labs, SaaS companies and membership organizations all needed the same core systems.
An agentic revenue system
We turned the engine into a platform with four workspaces, Learnings and agent control.

The people behind Canopy.
The founders who set your strategy are the same people in your weekly review.

John Miraglia
John built and exited a B2B SaaS company by automating every step of the pipeline instead of hiring more reps. He leads product and the platform, and runs deployments in North America.

Jon Farrar
Jon was head of marketing for an eight-figure global direct-to-consumer brand, where he drove revenue through personalized lifecycle programs. He leads lifecycle and go-to-market, and runs deployments in EMEA.

What clients kept saying.
“They didn't just 'tidy up' our CRM, they rebuilt it as a clear growth engine. We now have a defined, intuitive pathway from lead to outcome, accurate reporting we can trust and a system that genuinely supports our sales team.”

“We've seen a huge uptick in the revenue contribution from CRM and email marketing thanks to your work. The blend of strategic expertise and effective implementation you offer is rare.”

“Canopy has been killing it for us. They helped us build a sales system from scratch and implemented everything through HubSpot.”

Three rules we will not break.
- 01
Working systems
Every engagement leaves you with a working system that compounds, never a pile of deliverables.
- 02
Results or nothing
Every workspace is tied to a KPI, baselined and traceable in your CRM. We are obsessed with proving the work.
- 03
Senior on purpose
The people who design your strategy are in your systems and your weekly review.

What is Canopy?
Canopy is the AI agent platform for revenue teams. Agents research, write and follow up across outbound, lifecycle, deals and customer success on top of HubSpot or Salesforce. Your team approves what matters, and GTM Engineers run the system with you, measured on the pipeline it creates.
Who founded Canopy?
John Miraglia and Jon Farrar. John leads product and the platform, and Jon leads lifecycle and go-to-market. John runs deployments in North America, and Jon runs deployments in EMEA.
How did Canopy start?
As a team of GTM Engineers building outbound, lifecycle and reporting systems inside client CRMs. AI labs, SaaS companies and membership organizations kept needing the same core systems, so the team turned that engine into a platform and kept the GTM Engineers who run it.
Where does Canopy operate?
Canopy has teams in North America and EMEA. Deployments are remote by default, with in-person workshops and reviews where they help, and a founder stays in the strategy of every deployment from the first workshop onward.
What does Canopy believe about AI in revenue teams?
That agents should do the research, writing and follow-through, and people should make the decisions and own the relationships. Every workspace is tied to a KPI and baselined in your CRM, and agents earn automatic sending workspace by workspace, on the record.
Who runs Canopy for each client?
A pod of GTM Engineers builds your instance and runs it with your team after launch, shipping improvements every sprint. The founders who set your strategy are the same people in your weekly review.
How does Canopy keep people in charge of the agents?
Each workspace runs in draft only, approve to send or automatic mode, and every deployment starts on approve to send. Deal follow-ups always wait for the rep, every action is logged with its approver, and any workspace can be paused instantly.
Is Canopy generally available?
Not yet. Canopy is onboarding a small group of revenue teams as launch partners before general availability. Each one gets a founder on the deployment, launch pricing in writing and input into the roadmap. Teams can apply at canopyops.com/launch-partners.
