Give every SDR a research team.
Canopy gives SDR and BDR teams AI agents that finish the research and drafting before reps log in. Agents find accounts showing buying signals, research each one with cited facts and write a personal first touch. Reps review and approve each draft in the queue, then spend the day on replies, calls and meetings.

“What went out, what came back, and what needs my approval?”
Canopy opens on the answer, and on the few decisions that need a human today.
Where the week goes today.
- 01
Research eats the day
Twelve tabs and forty five minutes for one great message. The ceiling arrives before lunch.
- 02
Templates burn domains
Blast a thousand templated emails and you get two replies and a damaged sender reputation.
- 03
Hot replies go cold
Positive replies sit in a shared inbox while the prospect moves on.
The same team, a different week.
| Today | With Canopy | |
|---|---|---|
| Account research | Done by hand, one account at a time | Done before the rep logs in, with every fact cited |
| Messages per day | Around ten genuinely personal ones | Every draft personal, with its research cited |
| Reply handling | Checked between calls | Classified as they arrive, with the reason shown |
| CRM hygiene | Logged when someone remembers | Every touch and reply written back automatically |
Gets better every single week.
Your team's messaging is never finished. Agents test new versions against a holdout, measure them on positive reply rate, and promote the winners automatically, so results compound instead of decaying.

The numbers we answer for.
What revenue teams say.
“They didn't just 'tidy up' our CRM, they rebuilt it as a clear growth engine. We now have a defined, intuitive pathway from lead to outcome, accurate reporting we can trust and a system that genuinely supports our sales team.”

“We've seen a huge uptick in the revenue contribution from CRM and email marketing thanks to your work. The blend of strategic expertise and effective implementation you offer is rare.”

“Canopy has been killing it for us. They helped us build a sales system from scratch and implemented everything through HubSpot.”

What does Canopy do for SDR and BDR teams?
Canopy's agents do the account research and the first draft before reps log in. They surface accounts showing buying signals, research each one with every fact cited, and write a personal first touch. Reps review, edit and approve in the queue, then spend the day on replies, calls and meetings.
How fast can SDRs start?
Your first workspace is built in 30 days. SDRs are usually reviewing drafts in the approval queue within the first weeks of the build.
Does this replace our sequencer?
No. Canopy sends through your existing sending infrastructure and logs everything to your CRM.
Will reps lose their voice?
Agents are trained on your best reps' messages, and every draft can be edited before it sends.
How do we measure SDR performance now?
On conversations and pipeline: positive replies, meetings held and pipeline sourced, never on activity counts alone.
Will AI agents replace our SDRs?
No. Agents take the research and drafting off the SDR's plate, and reps keep the work that needs a person: deciding what sends, replying to prospects and running meetings. Every deployment starts on approve to send, so a rep approves each message before it goes out from their warmed mailbox.
How does the approval queue work for SDRs?
Drafts land in the queue each morning with the research, the cited facts and a confidence score. Reps review the full preview, edit anything they want and approve in one click, usually in a few focused minutes. Low-confidence drafts are held for a person even in automatic mode.
Which KPIs do SDR managers see?
Positive response rate, meetings held, pipeline created by outbound and messages per rep with the research done. Canopy never optimizes outbound for open rate. Managers also get a Friday review of results, objections and next week's changes with their GTM Engineer.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Each reply is classified as it arrives, as positive, objection, not now, out of office or unsubscribe, with the reason shown, and logged to the contact in your CRM. Positive replies are flagged in the Outbound inbox, so the rep can answer while the prospect is still engaged.
Can SDRs work from lists we already have?
Yes. Lists can come from Clay, a CSV or a view in your CRM. Before anything sends, every list is verified and screened against your CRM and your exclusion lists, and agents research each account on it before drafting a first touch.
