Messaging that rewrites itself from your KPIs.
Canopy Learnings is the self-improvement loop inside Canopy. Every week, agents send new versions of each message to matched groups alongside a holdout, score them on the KPI you chose, such as positive replies, meetings or pipeline, and promote the winners within guardrails your team sets. Every change is logged, explained and reversible.

What changes on day one.
Without Canopy
- Sequences written once and left to decay
- Objections heard on calls but never written down
- Changes made on instinct, with no way to know if they helped
- Playbooks that describe how the team sold two years ago
With Canopy
- Messaging that rewrites itself every week from your KPIs
- Every objection tagged in the buyer's own words
- Every change tested against a holdout group
- Playbooks updated as results come in
The loop, in detail.
Every week, agents test new versions of your messaging against a holdout, measure them on pipeline per 100 accounts, and keep what wins. Every change is logged, explained and reversible.

- 01SendAgents send variants of each message to matched groups, with a holdout that keeps the current version.
- 02MeasureEvery variant is scored on the KPI you chose: replies, clicks, meetings, pipeline or retention.
- 03LearnWinners and losers are explained in plain language, including the objections behind them.
- 04RewriteWinning variants become the new default automatically, within the guardrails you set.
In your workspace, every change is tested against a live holdout, measured on pipeline per 100 accounts, and logged with its result.

“They didn't just 'tidy up' our CRM, they rebuilt it as a clear growth engine. We now have a defined, intuitive pathway from lead to outcome, accurate reporting we can trust and a system that genuinely supports our sales team.”

What is self-improving sales messaging?
Messaging that is tested and rewritten from results every week, so it improves instead of decaying. Canopy Learnings sends new versions against a holdout, scores them on your KPI and promotes the winners within your guardrails, and your GTM Engineer reviews every change with your team in a weekly brief.
Does it really change messaging on its own?
Yes. Within the guardrails you set, winning variants of subject lines, openers, angles, timing and templates are promoted automatically. Anything outside them, such as a new claim, offer or audience, waits for approval.
Who approves the changes?
You decide. Most teams let tested winners ship automatically and have their Canopy GTM Engineer review the weekly brief. Every change is logged with its result, and anything can be rolled back.
How do you know a change worked?
Changes roll out with a holdout group. The weekly brief reports the difference, and changes that do not help are rolled back.
Can we see the history?
Yes. The change log keeps every version of every brief and playbook, with the result it produced.
Does Learnings work across workspaces?
Yes. An objection heard on a sales call can change an outbound brief, and a lifecycle finding can change a deal follow-up.
How long before Learnings is useful?
It starts tagging from the first send. Patterns become reliable once there is enough volume, usually within the first weeks of adoption.
What is a holdout group?
A matched group of contacts that keeps receiving the current version of a message while new versions are tested. Comparing results against the holdout shows whether a change actually helped, so every lift Learnings reports is measured against a control.
How long does a test run?
About a week. Changes roll out on Monday with a holdout, their results land in the following Friday's brief, and changes that lose are rolled back. Your GTM Engineer reviews that brief with your team every Friday and approves the next round.
Can we roll back a change?
Yes. Every change is logged with who approved it and the result it produced, and any change can be rolled back. Variants that lose to the holdout are rolled back automatically, and every promotion is recorded with the result that earned it.
What KPIs can Learnings optimize for?
Each workspace has one KPI it is responsible for, chosen with your team: replies, clicks, meetings, pipeline or retention. In practice that means measures such as positive reply rate for Outbound, click-to-open rate for Lifecycle and follow-up reply rate for Deals.
What is in the weekly brief?
One page every week: what changed, why, and what it did to your numbers, including the objections behind winning and losing variants in the buyer's own words. Agents draft it, and your GTM Engineer reviews it with your team before the next changes ship.

Traditional RevOps is dead. Here is what replaces it.
RevOps spent a decade on audits and dashboards. GTM engineering and an agent layer on your CRM replace it: what changes, and how to test your own setup.
