Runs on the stack you already own.
Canopy integrations connect AI agents to HubSpot or Salesforce as the system of record, plus the tools your team already pays for: Clay for research and enrichment, Instantly for sending, Gong and Granola for calls, Snowflake for product usage and Slack for alerts. Agents read only what each workspace needs and write every action back to the CRM.
What Canopy reads, and what it writes.
If your team uses it, we connect it.
Every deployment starts with a workshop that maps your stack. Where a connector does not exist yet, your GTM Engineers build it as part of the 30-day build.
- Credentials are scoped to your instance and never shared across clients
- Read access is limited to what each workspace needs
- Every write to your CRM is logged and can be reverted
How a connection gets made.
Map the stack
We list what you own, what each tool holds and what agents need to read or write.
Agree access
Read and write scopes are agreed per workspace and documented.
Credentials in your instance
Credentials are stored only in your private instance, never in code or documents.
Test and log
Every connection is tested end to end, and every write is logged and revertible.
Integration questions.
Anything else, contact us.
Which tools does Canopy integrate with?
HubSpot or Salesforce as the system of record, plus Clay for research and enrichment, Instantly, Dripify and ZeroBounce for sending, Customer.io for lifecycle, Gong, Granola and Nooks for calls, Snowflake for product usage, Slack, n8n and Zapier for alerts and workflow, and Claude and ChatGPT as models.
Do you support HubSpot and Salesforce equally?
Yes. Either can be the system of record, including custom objects and properties.
Can you connect a tool that is not listed?
Usually. If your team relies on it, your GTM Engineers connect it during the build.
Do integrations change our existing workflows?
Only where agreed. We map existing automation in the workshop so nothing collides.
Who pays for the connected tools?
You keep your existing licenses. Canopy works with the tools you already own rather than reselling them.
How does Canopy use Clay with HubSpot?
Clay handles account and contact research, enrichment waterfalls and buying signals. Canopy turns that research into target lists and personal first touches, screens every list against your HubSpot or Salesforce records and exclusion lists, and writes every touch, reply and meeting back to the CRM.
How does Canopy sync Snowflake usage into HubSpot?
Product usage from Snowflake is synced into your CRM as account and usage records, refreshed daily. The Customers workspace uses it for health scores, churn alerts and expansion signals, so CSMs and AEs see usage on the account record where they already work.
Can we use our own sending tool?
Yes. Lifecycle sends from HubSpot or the sender you already use, such as Customer.io, and Outbound sends through your existing infrastructure, such as Instantly. Consent, suppression and reporting stay in the tools that hold them today.
What access does Canopy need to our CRM?
Only what each workspace needs. Read and write scopes are agreed per workspace in the workshop and documented, credentials are stored only in your private instance, and every write to the CRM is logged and can be reverted.
What does Canopy write back to the CRM?
Every touch, reply, task, call summary and stage proposal, written against the right contact, company or deal. Stage changes are proposed for the rep to confirm, and every write is logged and revertible, so your CRM stays the complete record.
