Deployment is where revenue AI succeeds or fails.
Canopy deploys AI agents in four stages. A revenue workshop in week 0 picks the first workspace, a 30-day build connects your CRM and records baseline KPIs, a 90-day adoption period puts GTM Engineers in your weekly review, and quarterly waves add the next workspace. A founder stays on every deployment, and every workspace launches on approve to send.
Makes it work. Connects your stack, builds the workspaces and agents, and solves data, access and deliverability problems.
Makes it matter. Defines the plays, baselines and targets with you, runs the weekly review and drives adoption.
John or Jon stays in the strategy of every deployment.
From workshop to waves.
Every deployment follows the same path, so you know what happens when, and what you get at each step.
Workshop
Map your revenue journey with your team and choose where agents earn their keep first.
Build
Your private instance, connected to your CRM and tools, trained on your voice, with baselines recorded.
Adoption
A 90-day adoption period with GTM Engineers in your weekly review, shipping improvements every sprint.
Waves
Expand into the next workspace, from outbound to lifecycle, deals and customers, as your team adopts.
The first workspace in 30 days.
We start with your data and your biggest leak, build one workspace properly, and get it producing before anything else is added.
- Stack connected and access scoped
- Agents trained on your voice, offers and objections
- Baseline KPIs recorded before the first send
- Every workspace launched on approve to send
Ninety days of adoption.
Software gets abandoned when nobody owns adoption. Your GTM Engineers run a weekly review with your team, ship changes every sprint, and report against the baseline.
- Weekly review of results, approvals and learnings
- Monthly sprints that ship new plays and tune agents
- Self-improvement switched on, with KPI targets and guardrails agreed
- Automatic sending only where results earn it
Expand in quarterly waves.
Once a workspace is performing, the next one goes live. Each wave reuses everything the system has already learned about your accounts.
- One new workspace per wave, at your team's pace
- Shared account context across every workspace
- Quarterly business review with a founder
- Wave 1Outbound or Lifecycle, wherever the biggest leak is
- Wave 2Deals, so every new conversation gets followed up
- Wave 3Customers, to keep and grow what you win

How does Canopy deploy AI agents?
In four stages: a revenue workshop in week 0, a 30-day build of your first workspace, a 90-day adoption period with GTM Engineers in your weekly review, then quarterly waves that add the next workspace. Every workspace launches on approve to send, and a founder stays on every deployment.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Most of the effort is ours. Your team joins the workshop, reviews drafts during the build, and attends a weekly review.
What happens after the 90-day adoption period?
GTM Engineers keep running monthly sprints and quarterly waves. You get the platform and the people behind it for as long as you work with us.
Can we start with a pilot?
Every deployment starts with one workspace, baselined before the first send, so the first 30 to 120 days work as a measured pilot.
Do you work on site?
Remote by default, with in-person workshops and reviews where it helps.
Who is on a Canopy deployment pod?
Three people. A GTM Engineer connects your stack, builds the workspaces and agents, and solves data, access and deliverability problems. A revenue strategist defines plays, baselines and targets with you and runs the weekly review, and a founder stays in the strategy.
What does our team need to do in the first 30 days?
Grant access to your tools and name an admin, share your best examples, and review drafts while agents are trained on your voice. You also agree the baseline KPIs before the first send. Canopy's GTM Engineers connect the stack, build the agents and set up the approval queues.
When does a workspace move to automatic sending?
Only when results earn it and your team agrees. Every workspace launches on approve to send, admins you designate can change the send mode, and every change is logged. Deals is locked to approve to send, so deal follow-ups always wait for the rep.
How do we add more workspaces?
In quarterly waves. Once a workspace is performing, the next one goes live, one per wave at your team's pace. A typical sequence starts with Outbound or Lifecycle, adds Deals, then Customers, and each wave reuses what the system has already learned about your accounts.
