Revenue teams that run on Canopy.

Canopy works with revenue teams on HubSpot or Salesforce in technology and SaaS, AI, financial services, membership and media, and consumer brands. Canopy is built by the team behind Sprig and Stability AI. Every new deployment starts with a revenue workshop and a 30-day build on the client's own CRM, with GTM Engineers running it alongside the team.

Who Canopy works with.

Canopy works with SaaS and technology companies whose revenue depends on trials, product usage, expansion and renewals, data that usually sits outside the CRM. Agents bring product usage from the warehouse onto the account record and watch for trial activation, seat utilization, hiring, stack changes, champion changes and feature adoption. Trial journeys react to what each user does, seat and feature signals reach the AE who owns the account, and hiring and stack changes become timely first touches. Expansion and renewal outreach runs on draft only by default, and every alert carries the reason it fired.

Canopy works with AI companies facing a flood of self-serve sign-ups, enterprise buyers who expect a person, and launches every month. Agents watch for high-intent sign-ups from target accounts, usage spikes, stalled form fills, visits to security and enterprise pages, and developer adoption. High-intent leads are enriched and routed to the rep who owns the account, and a personal note goes out from that rep's inbox within minutes. Launch journeys are updated with every release, and inbound and outbound messages can run on approve to send, with every send logged.

Canopy works with financial services teams where every client touch has to be personal, accurate and on the record. Agents capture introducer and partner referrals against the right relationship, prepare a brief on each referred client, and draft a considered first touch for the relationship manager. Patient, behavior-led journeys keep long decision cycles warm, and commitments from review meetings are tracked. Approve to send is the default for every client-facing message, and each send is stored with the approver and the exact preview they saw.

Canopy works with membership organizations, communities and media businesses that run on newsletters, events, renewals and invitations. Agents find subscribers who read consistently and match the member profile, research their company and role, and draft a personal invitation from the right person, on approve to send. Every event attendee gets a follow-up about what they discussed, and falling engagement is flagged before the renewal date. Event attendance, newsletter engagement and membership status sit on the same contact record, with consent and suppression respected throughout.

Canopy works with consumer brands whose growth runs on lifecycle: welcome, activation, win-back and the partnerships behind them. Agents read what each customer bought, whether they got value and whether they are drifting away, then personalize each stage from the email platform the brand already uses. On the B2B side, agents research retailers and distributors that match the brand and its price point, and the partnerships lead approves each pitch before it sends. Commerce and engagement data come together in the CRM, with consumer consent respected in every journey.

Who does Canopy work with?

Revenue teams on HubSpot or Salesforce in technology and SaaS, AI, financial services, membership and media, and consumer brands. Teams range from a handful of reps to full revenue teams, and each deployment has a revenue leader who owns it and joins the weekly review.

Do you publish case studies?

We name clients and share their results only with written approval, so this page describes our work by industry. Launch partners are asked to consider sharing their results as a case study after 90 days of adoption.

Which CRMs do Canopy clients use?

HubSpot or Salesforce. The CRM stays the system of record: Canopy reads what agents need from it and writes every action back, so every touch, reply and meeting is attributed where the team already reports.

How does a new client get started?

With a revenue workshop that maps how a buyer becomes a customer today and picks the first workspace. A 30-day build follows on the client's own CRM, then a 90-day adoption period with GTM Engineers in the weekly review.

Which workspace do most clients start with?

The one that fixes their biggest leak, decided together in the workshop. That is usually Outbound or Lifecycle, followed by Deals so every new conversation gets followed up, then Customers to keep and grow what the team wins.

Does each client get its own instance?

Yes. Every client runs on a private instance with its own database and no shared model. Credentials are scoped to that instance, and the client's data and the context its agents build stay theirs even if they stop using Canopy.

How do clients measure results?

Every workspace is tied to a KPI and baselined before the first send. Outbound is judged on positive replies, meetings and pipeline, Lifecycle on engagement and pipeline influenced, Deals on follow-up speed and win rate, and Customers on revenue retained and grown.
